My God Spot

My favorite spot to walk in my neighborhood is this little sidewalk that goes uphill and loops around into this cul-de-sac. I call this my “God Spot”. It is here, for some reason, I have felt His presence quietly reminding me simply, “everything will be okay.” As my eyes, weighed down by a thousand anxious thoughts, gaze out over the horizon ahead, I realize God is in complete control.
